Working Effectively with Others is designed to give you a rich introduction to the fundamental skills and sensibilities needed to successfully collaborate with others to accomplish what you care to accomplish, whether at home with family, or at work with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders.
More specifically, this program, focuses on supporting you to develop and further refine a skillset that involves the ability to:
Coordinate more effectively with others, including by making more effective requests, compelling offers and essential declarations whenever necessary.
Share, listen and explore assessments for the sake of defining what you can do with others to take care of existing concerns.
Evaluate, build and restore trust in your relationships.
Navigate moods, including the ability to identify and to take actions that help you accomplish what you care to accomplish in specific situations.
Cultivate confidence and serenity in the face of the unknown.

Throughout a comprehensive three-month journey, participants cultivate essential skills, practices and sensibilities, fostering confidence, trust and a shared commitment to success by practicing in real life situations. Our commitment is to help participants acquire a know-how that is immediately relevant during and long after the course concludes. As shared by a past participant months after completing W2O with his team: “To date, we continue to make requests, assessments and declarations. We are more mindful of our moods. We practice daily and this helps us be more patient and understanding of the people we work with every day.”
We work with participants via three types of learning interactions:
Learning Modules. The program consists of 10 carefully crafted learning modules which participants access through Plural’s learning platform. These modules contain short readings and videos, as well as questions pertaining to the skills and sensibilities being explored in each module.
Exercises. These are designed to facilitate participants’ engagement in the recurrent practice necessary for developing Working with Others in Pluralistic Networks of Care skill set. In addition to real life exercises, participants also have access to our exclusive Plural Gyms. These feature exercises for honing coordination skills and sensibilities, as well as exercises that support participants to better navigate restrictive moods that commonly emerge in teams – like resignation, distrust and overwhelm, and to cultivate more expansive moods – like confidence, resolution and trust.
A Coach. Participants are assigned a Plural coach who works with them throughout the program to help them reflect on their learning, explore real situations through the lens of the program, and identify opportunities to practice their skills in day-to-day life.
In addition, we offer five group sessions that are custom designed to support specific learning objectives that we define together prior to commencing the course. These sessions are led by senior members of the Plural team.
