Learning to Navigate Moods - Introduction
People are always in a mood, often in multiple moods at the same time. Without us doing anything, or even being aware of their presence, our moods influence what we do and what we perceive. Our moods always guide us, but they can also misguide us by obscuring actions that we could take to care for what matters to us. And, all moods, whether positive or negative, can help reveal new possibilities. This program focuses on developing the skills, sensibilities, and habits necessary to successfully navigate moods.
“One of the most impactful courses of study I have ever had the opportunity to participate in.”
