Learning to Navigate Moods - Guides
Designed for coaches, consultants, managers and other people in mentor roles, this program empowers participants to assist others to navigate their moods to better care for what is important to them.
Throughout the program, participants continue to refine their ability to navigate their own moods, but also focus on expanding their ability to listen to the concerns of others and to discover new possibilities with them.

Although this program is not time-intensive, the work that participants and their clients do have immediate results in their day-to-day life. Through personalized guidance, group meetings, Plural Gyms and live exercises, and client interactions, participants deepen their listening skills and support their clients to uncover new possibilities for taking care of their concerns.
Successful completion of this course gives participants the right to use Plural Gyms and and the Learning to Navigate Moods program and content with their clients, mentees and/or direct reports in the future. Finally, program participants are eligible to receive ICF Continuing education credits.

Participating in this program requires prior completion of Learning to Navigate Moods - Introduction program.
Over a period of 10 weeks, participants work with a third party whom they invite to participate as their client for this course. During this time, participants share the Learning to Navigate Moods – Introduction with their client and have access to Learning to Navigate Moods – Guide course that is meticulously designed to prepare participants to effectively guide their client as they complete their course experience.
During this period, participants meet with their clients on five occasions, and although Plural team members do not meet with participants’ clients, they prepare and debrief each of their sessions in bi-weekly group sessions with the Plural team.
